Route Jamie under AI services

Prompts used since the previous commit:
- Jamie moet niet bij werk, maar bij Diensten.AI

Special observations:
- Updated both DOMAIN_ROUTES and mailinglist_routes.json because mailing-list routing takes precedence over domain fallback routing.
- verplaats_log.json remains modified from the user's run and was intentionally not staged.
